1. After 10 years my basic salary is still consider underpaid in my line

2. Management prefer to promote fresh face and newbies

5. Lack of manpower is getting worse - i'm doing a 4 person jobs at the moment

6. I started to lost the passion and joy in my works

I'm scared (probably coz jumping ship from top gun to lil gun) but at the same time happy as finally leaving this environment. A lil bit unsettling feeling coz i dunno how the new place gonna be also..
