Hi all,
When OPR first went up from 1.75 to 2.00, my HL also went up 0.25% within a couple of weeks.
But now it's been over a month since the second OPR increment from 2.00 to 2.25, bur my HL repayment still same.
When I check on RHB now, the interest rate is correctly shown as increased by 0.50 from earlier this year, but the repayment is still based on the initial 0 25 increase.
Anyone else experience the same? I'm on a RHB HL. This is a normal HL, no flexi etc.

Bank will make decision if to increase the monthly installment, for my MBB they only increase the installment this month. If bank maintain current installment then higher portion of installment will goes toward interest portion QUOTE(contestchris @ Aug 8 2022, 04:26 AM) Hi all, When OPR first went up from 1.75 to 2.00, my HL also went up 0.25% within a couple of weeks. It's depending on the banks... Maybe they waiting for next hike to double your payment 😏
