So my apartment's DLP was over in January 2020. Then in August 2020 my kitchen tiles decided to explode and this is despite performing hollow tile inspection before moving in. I read somewhere that this comes under latent defects. The tiles might be ok for the first 2 years but problems might pop up a few months or years down the road. Anyway I got the tiles replaced and fixed.

Decided to check around the house and found some areas started to sound hollow. I found this and it appears only Lazada is selling them:

Nope, 2/3rd ofvthe tiles in my apartment have popped off.
Will be removing all and replacing with SPC.
It was so bad that the cement underneath the tile easily crumpled.
