if your 800sqft unit needs 7 views (living hall x 2, dining x 1, kitchen x 1, bedroom 1 x 1, bedroom x 1, toilet x 1), it will be RM400 x 7 = RM2800

if you engage AIO designer , they charge you 5 % of total renovation cost.
Let's say you spend 100k , then RM 5000 for drawings only, no 3D view.
If they claim it's free, then they mark up the renovation/total project cost.

Hence dw aio, and I scared they use cheapo material

you can specify the material you want to use. make sure the quotation is in details, including the brand or material and the amount. if they put one lump sum number, thats a red flag to avoid edi.
