So I'm sarawakian, and also looking forward to own a unit in semenanjung as well. Can be own stay or investment. I recently saw this post on fb marketplace (Link above) for duplex unit in I believe high density area?

I'm not familiar there but next year I will be prone flying back and forth.

So as in the description about the duplex, it says Free Legal stamp, duty stamp and etc. I have a little bit doubt.
Maybe someone here can advise about this advertised unit and thoughts about the area & what's the catch etc. Thanks
