Better use own lawyer. They try to squeeze you. Loan also very high. Try other bank 3.1 only. Don’t rush into signing. Survey and compare more

Update

The first lawyer firm agreed to match the price of RM8855.90. thats almost 3k of reduction!

then sometime later the agent called me..he seem pissed that he cant makan this one. he even dare to say "cannot split the commission with me anymore if i did this" I'm the one that need to pay all these.

lmao what a joke lah.. first time buying house, then this.

Actually you can report that idiot agent to BOVEA. Call his agency (the time you signed option to purchase form and paid to agency) scold and say will report the agent to the board. Sure they will scare and call you back to ask you withdraw the complain
