TS sorry to hear that you are one of the unfortunate to encounter such nasty contractor .... That is why I have been advocating the public not to give a lot of deposit to the contractor (click on my awareness thread)... Sometimes paying a little more for favorable payment terms are better than losing the whole lot of money ...
