Celcom customer service can’t solve my problem, unpaired and paired the watch twice already.

Anybody encountered this problem before on Celcom? Am on Mega 98 plan.
Wondering if this problem is cropping up because I’m on eSIM on my phone? Celcom customer service can’t solve my problem, unpaired and paired the watch twice already.
