Hi,
Recently I have bought a subsales and get keys from lawyer in last month. However, I just wonder how the ownership process change between old and new owner, just afraid some process miss out. Is there anyway I could verify if all legal process completed (e.g. able to check from government website to show new property ownership).
Anyone can advise? Thanks in advance.

If your property is under individual title (check your SPA), then look at the ownership details. You should see your name there. If your property is still under master title (check your SPA), then you can check with the developer for their record. You should be recorded as the current owner.

Can do a land search on your property...it will show the name of registered owner, if sales already completed, should be registered under your name.
