Yea I actually wanted to ask if those so-called government projects are safe to buy...

There's one of my brother's friend saying that he actually placed deposit & some kopilui to secure one of the government unit (didn't say where) , end up the project until now also not yet VP (if I'm not mistaken already more than 10years), and he's still feeling secure because it's government's project.. I dont know to laugh or cry for that thinking..

Anyway nowadays after all the inflation hits, those low income group of people can only go for low cost housing such as PPAM etc, then not secure lagi, how? .. sad.gif

Depends how you look at it, if loan already disburse, then gg, if not yet disburse, just susah a bit on DSR

And gov projects are usually cheap, u try compare to a 600K abandoned project, the effects are way severe

those project was private developer . governemnt only offer the land .
government cant do anyting if developer cant complete the project..

That's why I am quite speechless to those have the thought of "it's gov project so confirm safe one lah, even delay also nvm cause it's gov project"
