Yea I actually wanted to ask if those so-called government projects are safe to buy...

There's one of my brother's friend saying that he actually placed deposit & some kopilui to secure one of the government unit (didn't say where) , end up the project until now also not yet VP (if I'm not mistaken already more than 10years), and he's still feeling secure because it's government's project.. I dont know to laugh or cry for that thinking..

Anyway nowadays after all the inflation hits, those low income group of people can only go for low cost housing such as PPAM etc, then not secure lagi, how? ..
