Depends how you look at it, if loan already disburse, then gg, if not yet disburse, just susah a bit on DSR
And gov projects are usually cheap, u try compare to a 600K abandoned project, the effects are way severe |

That's why I am quite speechless to those have the thought of "it's gov project so confirm safe one lah, even delay also nvm cause it's gov project"
