Bukit Jalil address very tricky, the demographic is very different if separated by Jalan Barat or alternate by Bukit Jalil highway.

This Skyworld project next to Astro, can say not so good among Bukit Jalil with it's access, surrounding and infrastructure.

This SkyWorld site next to Astro Bukit Jalil is earmarked for Madani Residensi (RUMAWIP), not free market property. It's another SkyAwani series product.

That location is really gonna be interesting depending on the road access...

For Residensi Madani I thought the individual salary is capped at RM5,000. Rumawip is capped at RM10,000.
