Serving notice and start working in new company

Hello, i have a question,
let's said i am supposed to serve notice until Sept 15 at current company, but with AL i am able to leave early at 30 August
then can i start to work in new company on 1st Sept?

get clearance from your current co hr that you will leave at 30 Aug.
Some co does not allow leave offset

U cant serve notice and start work at new co. Your ass still belongs to hr of ex company
How old are u and just started working ??

get official letter from current HR that you're clear then ok.

Legally, you can't. Company still has the right to cancel your AL and ask you to go back if they want
So to be clean, and it is only like 2 weeks, you may want to consider starting to work after notice period

lest say ur termination notice is 3 month, after deduct annual leave, that is the last day u working with that company.
but it must got approval from hr 1st la even their want to accept ur annual leave or not.

if the AL approved during the notice period, fine to go ahead.
But, still risky if anything. Because it's around 2weeks time
