I heard you can gain 1.5 - 3 inch height increase with these boosters

I have wanted to try it as well but will it be uncomfortable if you wear it for long hours?

i tried it out of curiosity,
it doesn't work, first you have to get a bigger shoe, with your current shoe, the heel area lack in space, the lace area will build a bulk,
its uncomfortable, and too high and only half of your leg is actually in the shoe.

TLDR : forget it

Gonna hurt body posture like how some ladies have it I think

That doesn't look like it will be comfortable...
