As per the topic, I’ve just arrived in Seoul, Korea today.

Checklist for departure:
- Apply K-ETA (we Malaysian passport don’t need visa)
Note: print out a copy
- less than 48 hours of PCR or ATR certificate

Checklist for arrival
- fill the traveller arrival form / declaration form
- no need fill arrival card (with K-ETA print out)
- make sure your PCR/ATR with you, they will collect it from you + health declaration form (if you downloaded and use Q-scan don’t need the health declaration form)

Getting through immigration
- the Korean immigration officer lady all so pretty.. damn and friendly

Note: they have a machine for face scan, finger print , and, based on your passport Nationality, the machine will prompt you in your country language

First thing to do:
- Get a sim card or wifi egg
SIM card - 3GB/day
- require your passport + pay by cash or card
I took 99k KrW for 40 days (I will be staying for 3.5 months, will Topup myself)

2nd thing must do:
Buy the cashbee card
3k KRW
I top up 50k KRW and the cashier look at me and ask how long I will stay in Korea lol, I told her 3 months

Next most important to do:
Within 24 hours must complete covid arrival test
This could be done at airport
Cost : 80k KRW

Within 1 hour, but the arrival covid test, you will wait for the result send to your email. I loiter around for 3 hours (charging phone, eating, and then only take the subway to my hotel)

If you got covid, they will send the health officer go find you at your hotel lol

Instead of tourist places, i will recommend go Majang meat market. There is a big market, u can choose and buy ur own meat and go for bbq upstairs. The prices are reasonable, and most importantly very fresh

if wan fast food style you can try hansot dosirak its a korean style bento chainstore, usually around evry corner of food street
CU, 7eleven, GS Mart item usually overpriced compare to local style kedia runcit, if wan lagi cheap go emart or homeplus mall, almost evryone buy bulk from there and retail it with margin
