 How long to get back GPU from RMA, RMA GPU 2 months, still haven't got back

HI all, I just want to ask how long does it take to get back a replacement for a RMA GPU. I got a RTX 3070 Gigabyte Gaming OC 3x bought from PC Image and supplier is Ban Leong. I sent it on June 3rd until now no feedback or anything when I called PC Image they said supplier no response. In this case, what should I do? Just continue waiting? Want to hear about your RMA experience and roughly how long it took to get back your graphics card.

Check with Banleong and then check with Gigabyte support directly. I also have one Gigabyte Mobo in RMA now. I actually contacted them directly regarding my issue and they asked me to send in. Hopeless to talk technical issue with the shop. Waste time only.

Can describe what issue your mobo has? I have one Gigabyte board that is giving me problems too

Issue solved. Just email ban leong, instant reply from them and the status. Got back the card today, suggest anyone with rma stuff with ban leong to go email them directly. Havent tried calling since email is pretty quick.

It has problem with the first NVME slot, unable to run at full Gen 4 x4 speed, only x2. And it also won't recognize any Gen 3 NVME at all.

Wow, thats bad. Which model? My X570 Pro Wifi always stuck at first boot, but after restart works.

Now using a 2nd hand Gigabyte X570 Aorus Elite. Working great.
