hp laptop cannot boot usb drive, Can't boot from USB drive

i using a laptop hp victus windows 11.It cannot boot from usb flash drive,external hdd and even external usb dvd-writer.I disabled the secure boot configure the boot options but still got a remark on the os boot manager.I try my usb flash drive ,external hdd and external usb dvd writer on the other desktop and laptop all work well.How?Anyone can help? |

In BIOS boot option, please check is legacy / UEFI boot.
And the USB device to boot must be in the same legacy / UEFI mode. |

What tool did you use to make the bootable USB, also have you tried using other USB ports

According to HP
Secure Boot prevents legacy boot devices from starting your computer, including bootable CDs, DVDs, and USB flash drives. To start your computer from a valid disc, enable Legacy Support, and then select the correct drive as the boot device. If you already done it, I advice you to re-create the bootable drive again.
