In BIOS boot option, please check is legacy / UEFI boot.
And the USB device to boot must be in the same legacy / UEFI mode.

Most likely your laptop doesn't have Legacy BIOS anymore, try to make sure your USB/DVD media is in UEFI not Legacy BIOS. It should show if its UEFI during boot/boot option

Your first picture show that USB boot is enable, it also has the correct Boot order.

Checking on Yumi, it has different version of the software, you should be using YUMI UEFI 0.0.4.6 ?

According to HP
Secure Boot prevents legacy boot devices from starting your computer, including bootable CDs, DVDs, and USB flash drives. To start your computer from a valid disc, enable Legacy Support, and then select the correct drive as the boot device.

If you already done it, I advice you to re-create the bootable drive again. Personally I only use Rufus before.
