My company looking for a Data Entry and reporting system. I not sure am i using the terms correctly or not but we are more to data entry of logistics records. We explored few logistics system but apparently the function is too much from what we need. We need something simpler and of course, cheaper. What we need is -
1) A system that can auto generate an unique transaction reference number each time we create a new shipment.
2)The system can be on premise or on cloud, but must able to log in remotely from other country as well.
3)Most details for this unique reference generated will be updated by our agent via excel file import. But some of the details will be update by our finance department and logistic department.
4) User access control
5)Able to generate report similar to power query and excel, or otherwise can be integrate with third party BI tools.
6) Trigger and notification when certain criteria in the data met, i.e this shipment status not yet reach after 30 days. We can define the criteria.

Any idea? Prefer malaysia based?

3) Need to see sample Excel file, but usally, Professional solution would suggest Agent login to entry the DATA directly to system, MUCH secure, much more user friendly, no need buy Excel license. Just browser with internet can do the job.

4) Multi-tier user control
5) running on MariaDB ( SQL ) this is FAR FAR FAR better standard than EXCEL. ( most top-end dev work with SQL )
6) can be done.
