If unifi just call or chat live support on unifi website. i also accidentally factory reset my unifi router and they changed to new password for me, it will send to your sms

call back your ISP and request for the ID and PW. That is to connect to their servers. I did that with my first router. then saved the ID and PW. And now when i change router i just key in that ID and PW. DOnt have to call anymore.

go to wan setting, select pppoe connection and start configuring.

username: <yourunifiusername>@unifi
pass: <your password>

select TM unifi profile (if available)
if not, see most network interface to vlan 500 (including wireless interface), and one network interface to vlan 600 for iptv usage.

Kasi chan. Factory reset is either tekan reset button that need a pen or login to router and click factory reset both also bodo as need to backup dulu which TS don't.
