When did you transfer?
If midnight got maintenance.
Check history of transactions.
Sometimes no notification.

Impossible if it's correct. If you're receiving it then they're probably trying to scam you.

I received the email.
They really should just completely not allow people not to view their transaction history during midnight maintenance. It's scary when someone send you the money and the transaction history is not reflected.

And Maybank CS really sux.
They should have advised me earlier to check after 6am.
I am sure this is not the first time that this happened.

Yes I posted here because Maybank cannot help me earlier as I am the one who received the monies. Not the one who sent the monies. They can only advise the person who sent the monies.

And I am reluctant to ask too much from the person who sent me the monies. Dun want to trouble him too much as he is just the CS.

But the confusion could have been resolved if only Maybank just told me to check after 6am.

Previously my boss set schedule payment for salary on the day before then on the midnight still nothing until the next morning I woke up the notification appears that the money is in.

Shouldn't worry if money being sent on the day before. Wait till morning then check if not ask the person to show proof of sending the duitnow.

should change to Duit Later or Duit Tomorrow.

Will not worry too much because I did receive the email from Maybank of the monies being sent.

Any banking transaction you are advised to perform on early morning until 11.30pm. Once 12am and above, bank IT team need to do daily maintenance

don't do bank transfers between 12am to 2am la, the update is usually delayed.

Last time my prospective tenant shared me maybank slip claimed already transferred deposit but need 2-3 days to reflect … said using GIRO, who the f using GIRO nowadays?? Dont even know why such option still remain there … anyway later i compared the font on the slip with the one i purposely transferred using same bank … font is different so i found out is fake.

GIRO is still important and I always use it every month.

Reason: I have a citibank credit card. My credit card had an issue on receiving my payment using Instant Transfer. So in order to pay my cc bill, I have to use GIRO option. Until now Citibank still haven't fix my issue and there are some cc cardholders experience same issue like me
