Anyone knows a reputable repair shop around Subang Jaya that could replace Xiaomi/ Pocophone batteries? If so, how much does it cost?

Phone tends to shut down at random.

It's better to just go to Mi official service center

https://www.mi.com/my/service/repair/

It should cost around RM120-RM240 depending on the model.

It's really hard and expensive to get original batteries other than the official SC. I won't trust any repair shop. Replacing battery is easy. Just buy a cheap toolkit set to open phones and replace the battery. Problem is getting genuine quality battery without breaking the bank.

Anybody know why suddenly the old phone that use Micro USB take forever to charge? Same charger and cable on other phone charges within regular timing. Is the phone microusb port dirty? As i cab see the battery stil hold charge and doesn't seem to have a significant shorter available uptime. Only the charging time suddenly takes painfully long. like 4 hours.

Maybe the phone charging protocol not enable? You could monitor the power input through battery app. Also new cable could also help as the "grip" still strong.

Changing cable solved it, not sure whats wrong with the old cable it just one of the 2 retention hook of the usb port seems to be loose but does that cause the whole charging to drop efficiency it seems to be.
