1) Majorities of them don”t pay punctually and are owing money to JMB, they don”t qualified to vote . Hence or not doesn”t matter to them since they can”t vote. Seriously , looking at the % of the owners settling their maintenance fees punctually is really sad ( 10-15 % only )

2) Due to the city lifestyle & long working hours, the time for family / me time is scarce. You hardly have it. You ask them to attend the AGM or reserve it for their own family outing / me time, I guess majority will opts for latter.

The only way to have more attendees, you need more retired owners got nothing to do who can attend to all events within your community.
