Best advice from more than 10 years running
1) Get a good running shoe, it will last around 1 year or more so when averaging cost it is cheap
2) Do not skip on rest day, don't get too excited and run every day
3) Run slower than you think you can. The slower the better n build your distance up. The speed will come by its own
4) Put on some music or get a running partner, or go to a place with few joggers to get motivation
5) Use running app to track your progress
6) Don't forget to reward yourself
