i think it is believing something which isn't real

i highly suspect my wife have schizophrenia. not medical proven/under medication.

my wife behavior as follows:

1. suspicios of people bad-mouthing her.
1.1. wife confronted my neighbors, they complained to me that my wife was accusing them of bad-mouthing them.
1.2. shouting at strangers at shopping mall.
1.3. burst out when-ever next table were talking loudly. wife assumed they were bad-mouthing her.
1.4. record starngers conversation with handphones
1.5. all my family member get accused.

2. people are spying on her life
2.1. i stay at low-cost flat, my unit is in-front of lift. so many strangers will be using the lift. wife get suspicious whenever there is people waiting for the lift.
2.2. installing and watching cctv all the time.
2.3. stalking people facebook.

3. people want to destroy her
3.1. she used to work. now she stays at home. she thinks all her ex-employers are gang-up against her.
3.2. believe her ex-employers hire strangers to spy/destroy/disturb her.

4. open youtube/song very loudly.

how often is the behavior? DAILY
how i cope with her? i just ignore her. sometime, i cannot tahan, i shout back.
