I'm staying right opposite at KR2, I think it's very walkable if you get the block closest to LRT. But the jam in this area is going to be hellish...as of now it's already unbearable because there simply isn't enough parking space in the commercial area. Literally gridlock sometimes. I don't even go out to lunch around Bukit Jalil anymore. I only go out for dinners when the crowd and parking situation is more reasonable.

Talk is easy but in reality nobody will do it 😂 It's going to be an easily 15 mins sweaty walk to the shop lots. Even walking to the LRT is a good 10 mins. I know because that's what I used to do when going to work.
