Hi Sifus, Is there any tips you can give for grounding yourself before opening your desktop pc case and do any work ?
eg: install new ram, install hdd via sata

Professionally get a grounding strap. Or just touch any metalic surface. Our climate less electrical discharge.

touch metalic surface only shud be fine. No need grounding also can. I dont do any grounding when troubleshooting or assembling pc

Actually grounding not really necessary. Electroboom and Linus proven this with static gun already on various components.

If you will be constantly accessing any electronic devices, it is always a best practice to get yourself an Anti-Static Wrist Strap or Mat.
