As we know Malaysian Char Siu is the best in the world. Which place in your opinion has the best.

I’ve tried many including the over rated one in glenmarie but my favourite is;

1. Restoran Char Siew Yoong @ jalan pudu ulu cheras
2. Seremban specialities in sunway mas pj

Thx bro. I will check it out. I love those that melts in the mouth and has nice sticky texture on the outer layer

Very consistent almost at every visits. The fat melts in your mouth, the meat was tender & moist.

I’ll said the Char Siew was tender & moist but just cannot beat the top 3 above. 1 set back from this shop, the owner got a kind of attitude , which I don’t find it pleasant ( layman term - langsi).

The latest revisit was full of disappointment- the char siew quality dropped until almost to the average hawker level but the price still selling at premium. Not worth it & cannot command any premium anymore.

No.2 tried, not so memorable in my opinion.

For me ok la, tasted other not ngam me maybe. is i like la cos the caramelized outside then inside the fat melt in your mouth, not too fat also can ask them give half fat lean one.

Taste is very subjective one. Tat thing can be world number 1 char siew but if u no like u also wont like la. Most important find the one u like

The shop always pack one but I think overated la
