Hi guys, has anybody ever tried attaching those plaster ceiling manhole to an air ventilator? It needs to be a large custom size as per my pic reference. Reason being my water heater is above and there is no access to it. Can't do it anywhere else on the ceiling as the space is quite small.

Would be great if you guys got a plaster ceiling contractor to recommend. TIA!
