Property prices will always go up, inline with inflation provided the location is not terrible. 500k property will be 1mil after 35 years not because it became valuable, but bank's interest of 4% over initial 500k till 35 years.
Most owners will sell it at breakeven, who will want to take loss isnt?
Long time ago, property are used to flip to quick wealth. Now it has become like gold investing, to protect your wealth from sinking further from inflation.
RM10 now is small compared 10 years back.
