Depends on the value of the land and development.
I speak for Puchong since familiar with this area. You close eye buy one landed at Pucheong is confirm ok, provided your loan lulus. Buy condo depends accessibility, amenities and rebates. But got buyer slowly la, mostly is 2nd gen buy with parents support. Sub-sales at this area a bit soft but landed are getting snapped left and right quickly. |
