For central Klang Valley I think Section 13 industrial park is going to boom like fireworks within 5 years. New generation workers want to buy there because of regeneration happening there. And 15km out from that point are mostly good investments.

bro, u mean the property will be bloom like 2008?those day are like increasing the value 5k per week due to high demand, and the owner b4 2008 at least appreciate 150-200% on its initial price of the property. those days will be back?
