sap wood. haha.. u think this is like raintree or walnut issit. i think your knowledge in this kind wood is quite shallow

the industry dont use that term anymore to associate to rubber wood. really insulting real american oak with 10:1 price ratio lol

in this case its KSK or semangkok. price range within nyatoh wood

for the imported woods, like white oak, walnut , maple, its already KD in america, or if african woods like sapele or padauk. its KD in malaysia. when we buy them supplier already settled the KD woods.

as for local woods. some are KD and some are not. usually nyatoh and ksk is KD. i usually get them from timber merchants who process most of their wood for flooring suppliers. we buy them as 1inch or 2inch sawn timber. before they process to flooring sizes.
