Myvi keys not working, Both Myvi 2018 keys not workings

Hi there,
I'm using Myvi 2018 (keyless). Both my keys are not working. What could be the issue? Is it because of the car battery? How to troubleshoot the issue? I do not dare to open the door manually because I am afraid I can't turn off the alarm. |
