I thought the MEMC make those 24fps movie/drama become 60fps feeling.

that's why i prefer getting it. If Hisense MEMC present like this then only can get those expensive brand like SONY and SAMSUNG to get the Motion flow.
MEMC on the U7H works. I don't use it but I did test it to confirm it works. There are two settings in the Picture Mode settings: 1) Ultra Smooth Motion - Smooth, Standard, Clear, Film and Custom (where you can tweak judder and blur reduction independently); and 2) Clear Motion, which can help clean up any artifacts stemming from Ultra Smooth Motion.
Enabling USM at Smooth and CM, 30 fps YouTube video looks 60fps. Not 120fps.
If you want to see this in action, just go to any store that has the U7H on display. The Store Mode for TV is always on so you can judge it yourself without touching the remote.
Between the two, you should go with Toshiba's Z770KP if you have the extra money. More zones, Dolby Vision and Android OS. But of course, by now this is a two-year old TV.
VIDAA still doesn't have Disney+Hotstar for South East Asia even though they've been testing it down in South Africa since last year. So you'd have to get an external device to get your Disney+. I suggest FireTV 4K Max or NVidia Shield Pro. Tivo 4K doesn't do passthrough audio well.
VIDAA does have Netflix, Prime and Apple TV native. However, Apple TV is the "light" version. If you have an Apple account and have bought movies and TV shows, you can't access your content using the one on VIDAA OS. You can watch Apple TV+ content, but not your own. With an external device, you can access your content.
Regardless of any TV you buy, Dolby Vision streaming content played through any external device will exhibit 8-bit banding in gradation scenes. The same content played through the internal app, would exhibit no problem.
