Yeah, I heard many foreigners there keluar masuk...but I checked this station is far behind so it's not suitable for me

Not bad, that's what I'm thinking...get TOD project for own use and can rent out or exit easier in future. Demand is always there for TOD project IMO biggrin.gif

Quinn Residence? I've seen this project..now having few shortlist...mostly new project but I heard many under con project now delayed their completion time..currently prioritize ready subsale..still searching around biggrin.gif

Try Multibay residential block. right next to interchange TRX Station with underground seemless access.

Cover walkway to Sri Rampai. but not really 100% covered (for now), plus need to cross one quite dangerous intersection between jalan mohd yatim yahaya and jalan 1/27a. Every month confirm got atleast 1-2 accidents.

If you take KLCC as reference point, wangsa maju lrt to klcc lrt actually takes less than 15mins. To go masjid jamek, less than 20mins. To kl sentral, around 25mins. But of course during peak period, you need more time to get into the train. The only disadvantage is along this lrt line has been so developed that peak period confirm full train; and you need to wait atleast 2-3 rounds (subject to luck) only you able to squeeze into one.

Of course MRT is bigger and more comfortable lah…
