Sounds like MEX highway towards Cyber. Either the bridge where seri kembangan exit is or where RnR is

Guess not permanent one like AES but police randomly do speed trap there. Cars always slowing down and change to middle lane when reaching Seri Kembangan bridge heading towards Cyber and speed up once pass the bridge although i personally havent see any police doing speed trap there though.

Shot from the right side of the car which means from the middle of the road in between the 2 directions and early in the morning. Yes, the railing on the left looks like the stretch towards Dengkil....

Found it!!!! 41.9KM Cyber is exactly under the bridge below. You could see the KM markers in between the 2 directions instead of the left side like PLUS highway. Follow the KM markers and 41.9KM is under the bridge and thats where the speedtrap were

Edit: Zoom in to the marker on the link above and it shows 41.7KM and the bridge is about 200 meters away
