For own stay I think. Between Laurel and KL48, both also around 600sf. Kl48 is fh, bigger with 2r2b and fully furnished whereas laurel is smaller, lh, 2r1b and semi furnished but less dense than KL48 (1700 units). Location of Laurel seems more atas than KL48 however KL48 is more connected to the city centre.

Big Redevelopment around Chan sow lin mrt Station, can link to lrt.

2 baths better than 1 bath also.

Noted however there is no direct walkway from kl48 to the mrt station, whereas SA said the future mrt3 will be built next to Laurel.

MRT 3 need 5 or 7 years to materialize. If recession or change govt happened again may need above 10 years to complete.

MRT 2 BETTER. As long as walking distance. Got instant TRX & KLCC stops. Can interchange LRT.

Mrt2 also haven't fully operate, started to discuss about mrt 3, apa pun tak ade..

For better living, choose maluri area, apa pun ada, most convenient location for own stay

U like super high dense condo or bcz of prefer smaller size? If own stay, should be ok.

Like you stated, KL48 may nearer to KL City with some factories or old roads, but Bangsar South is not too far away from KL City and much much more proper inclusive it's surrounding.

I see KL48 has less potential compare to Laurel. 1000 units is risky but 1700 units are killing. Location matters.

beside density, i think the conveniency is more important, which location has more easier access to your working place, finding foods and etc.

if chan sow lin area is easier to get chinese food around. bangsar south seems hard to find chinese kopitiam or any affordable food ?

But based on developer background, definitely UOA win. Kl48 developer seems not too many track record, just recently completed project Liberty@Ampang

For density, i think the whole area density matters a lot too. Which gives me a vibe that laurel isn't as low dense as it seems, while im not implying kl48 has a neighborhood with lower density either.

You don't want worry about furnishings then go kl48

Densed or no densed to me is either you choose landed else is the same.

dense or not maybe just check how many lift service how many unit per floor, also check the lift size can fit how many person per lift ~

if this is your first house...why you dun take this opportunity to apply Rumawip or Rumah Selangorku... can pick good location... like Bkt Jalil, Mont Kiara, KL City Center, PJ....

It's not my first house.. for own stay purpose although I do consider rumawip I'm concerned about the building aesthetics and quality of future tenants.. one example the building exterior looks very basic and I can't imagine people swimming in the pool with their long sleeve shirts and long pants..

KL48 existing or soon to be completed... got underground mrt, lrt, mytown IKEA, sunway velo, trx, 118, KLCC, TREC. For long waiting or not gonna see it if change govt... Got Bandar Malaysia, chansowlin city township, bullet train station (HSR).

Laurel got bangsar south, Mid Valley, kl eco city, Bangsar, Damansara height, elevated lrt, brickfield kl Sentral. *Elevated mrt but need wait 7 years or 10 years or more or not going to happen if change govt again.
