Yes, scary. But as someone who thinks Ju On is a joke and childish scary, this is good. Something different and fresh.

I just dont like the ending.

Not scary at all, I laffed at some of the scenes, cringe also sometimes

I think if ur looking for jumpscare, then the movie its not.

Its the fate of the heroin and her surrounding that scares the audience.

Nah, her fate and the overall story fell flat too. I like horror stories not because of the jumpscares, but the story element of the horror movie. Incantation is not scary for me.

this kind movie really fly me into my darkness memory listening to darkthrone and mayhem everyday ..haha

Anyway, my 2 sen ...

Ok overall, creepy but not as scary until can't watch alone.

What I like first ... they managed to inject some heart into the story. Altho acting isn't top notch (but some scene the actress could conveyed the emotions), they succeeded in making me care (a bit) for the characters. That's important, or else why keep watching?

What I don't really like ... as fans of horror movies, main problem with these type of found footage/Paranormal Activity/Blair Witch Project films are that they've to keep justifying/explaining why they're taping continously ... also, usually actors have to keep adjusting the camera angles (maybe less of a problem V/H/S films), spoilt a bit the realism.

However, this remind me of my (still) favourite horror film (before Korean and Thais mastered the genre), The Ring .... this J-horror storyline also got a mother who will do everything that she could to save her child.

Not so scary..story line quite good.. not enough jump scene and ghost appearance.
