Hearsay the take up rate is good for phase 1. That said, MS’s Workmanship might not up to the it’s reputable branding though (based on the thread shared by the people here).
If you are looking for own stay, perhaps Gamuda Cove or Serenia City provides better quality.

I was considering a few projects at the vicinity of Kota Warisan and Salak Tinggi. Price is at the lower range compared to Setia, Serenia and Sunsuria (landed properties). However the downside for me is the distance to the nearest township (Salak Tinggi is a very small town) and its location (rather isloated for me as opposed to Serenia or Sunsuria which is by the main road and nearer to ELITE interchange).

I see. Dengkil & Cyberjaya is nearby too, would you consider these places? Cyberjaya properties nowadays are no longer cheap. Another option would be the Nilai in Negeri Sembilan, quite a mature town.
