Anyone knows what is the procedure of getting a stamp duty in a training bond agreement?

How much does it cost?

How they calculate, i donno la. But for stamping, bring your document, go to the area designated for stamping at lhdn, they provide a few pc, wait for your turn, and there are some officers standby to help ppl key in correct data, + submit. U will know the price there.

I direct walk in only, no problem.

Stamping cost depends on the value of that contract. No need to know much lah, just let them calculate automatically ( as long as info keyed in correctly.)

Click "Klik Di Sini" to proceed.

Check IC for further steps...

Fill Up all the required info, save and print a copy of the doket. Bring to LHDN, so no need waste time fill up at PC area in LHDN.

For bond agreements, the SD should be the default RM10 per copy.

But watch out. Don't assume they know what they are doing / are honest. If they see an opportunity to bluff and charge you 'ad valorem' (according to value) stamp duty, they will try. Stand firm, SD should be RM10, ask them to refer to higher officer if you need to.
