Tuan, is nitrogen filling really necessary? because normally if compressed air from compressor, it will have alot moisture in it because if u compress the air the water vapour also together compress baased on the volume of air compressed. Im thinking since nitrogen filling very fussy need to go to workshop for topup, maybe use those portable type, but now worry about this moisture which may attack the rubber.

they said nexen no size for my tire. so have to go for china brand lol. Ok noted, cos lingloong is bnd3 cheaper, probably just go for westlake. thanks.

Hi guys, westlake no more stock they offer me BND58/pc lanvigator comfort 2 lol. So far i tried the feeling not bad, plan change 4pcs but they no stock. Normally if change only front tyre, need do alignment?

sometimes u change tyre they no change valve, i kenak before when pump tire the valve broke off 😅

Hi guys, my stock tire michelin ps4 i just notice the sidewall i believe is the rim protector got like side cut macam peel like tat, is it not too much of a concern? 235/40/r18 size..
Found same damage at front same side actually ran into kerb, but checked online said that is rim protector so not too much of a concern unless it is bulged or can see chords..

ok thanks for the honest opinion as well. i don dare open the flap more worry will tear deeper haha, so far see like is whitish most likely is due to the cement from kerb/rock. I asked my regular tyre shop boss, he said similar thing that it is normal scrapping and as long as no bulging then tire wont suddenly burst. Order rubber glue from shopee, probably just to make it look less flappy lol. heard somewhere said superglue not good for rubber maybe will harden or wat haha.

Ya so far i see is all rubber. Probably just keep monitor everytime i plan for long trip back to my hometown which is 1hour drive. But i normally drive 90-100 only and road is not highway so ok la.

Cos i dont think i can afford PS5, those are selling rm1060 here and no stock 😂 probably get toyo cr1 around rm460.

Hi guys, i saw my tire ps4 kena stuck with a screw, temporary fixed it via tire seal string as the shop closing and i hard to travel, should i get it patched with the patch plug? Or can live with the seal string? Some ppl say ok some say no, the tire had 11k mileage, 1year+ age

Middle of the tread but is at the groove. U mean after using string seal plug? Just did it ytd, actually the screw stuck inside for quite some time but the pressure before sealing is 30psi, normal is 36psi. Gonna monitor for 1-2weeks

cos search google most say the plug is temporary only lol.

michelin actually can last twice compare normal tires. is like normal tire after 2 years u start to have lousier traction, noise bla bla. but if michelin, after 2 years the traction still okay. i mean if u lanjak like mad, then normal tires will wear and get lousier faster than michelin. that is i can feel la, my primacy 3st after 4 years road noise become bad, but my viking maybe 2-3years already can feel no traction and very bad road noise.

this is wat i personally feel. but some ppl say, they can change tire every two year fresh tire better, so can go for cheaper lo.

tat time was michelin 3st not sure the recent quality. But i changed to cheap tire cos i see no value to use good tire on my old car.

tire good brand lousy brand normally after 5 years should be time to change drive or no drive, the rubber harden and thats y have all those crack dents bla bla, cos become like brittle. So if car no much drive, i think just slap on normal tire
