2014 Perodua Viva 850EX Manual, Presently using 165 / 55 R14, Hankook Tyres

Issues,

1. Rear Right Tyre scraps car body, when driving with rear passengers when driving over a hump /

2. Car looks slightly tilted to the right, when parked, unladen

Requirements,
To solve points 1. & 2. Above

Is it possible, to increase Ground Clearance , say by 2-3cm, but without affecting e car’s stability at ~125 kph ?
Are there any suspension-specialist workshops in Johor that You can recommend ?

However, are there any After Market Shock Absorbers - that are adjustable and are better (in terms of comfort, ground clearance,..) than the stock Perodua Shocks ?
