Coming from Primacy 4, after using them for 3 years; previously was on PS4 which only lasted me 2 years - I'm deciding between the Michelin Primacy 4ST, Continental UC7, Continental MC6 and the Kumho HS52.
The PS5 is very tempting, with the steering feel, ZR rated (I do a lot of 200kmh driving) and overall performance. What's turning me off is the road noise, rolling resistance and the relatively short longevity, not really useful when I do KL JB commutes majority of the time. I don't skimp on tires, but I value safety, quietness and longevity these days. Which one should I go for? 215/55/17 btw

QUOTE(amscouzach57 @ Feb 28 2023, 09:56 PM) Try Yokohama Advan Apex V601. It is a UHP tire with low noise. Not sure about longevity QUOTE(amscouzach57 @ Mar 1 2023, 11:39 AM) That's even lower than the PS4S, unlike to consider that QUOTE(littlefire @ Mar 1 2023, 09:19 AM) I got salesman friend using Continental UC6 drove over 80k still not reaching the wear indicator yet, he told me if not because he got family or baby to fetch the tires he felt can easily reach 100k. He travel a lot from Ipoh to Kelantan to do sales, so even with a lot of hill roads driving the tire still can take the abuse. BTW he really take good care of his ride, every 6~7k sure will go service, rotate & alignment thus why his tires can last long. What car tho?

QUOTE(light_up @ Mar 8 2023, 01:41 PM) Primacy 4 is kinda slippery in wet, compared to my PS4, i think even my Goodyear Excellence Primacy 4 grooves are like small streams, PS4 is like the Congo River Perhaps thats why
