Evening submitted it, then night time (same day) receive an email

PERMOHONAN DITANGGUHKAN, CAP JARI TIDAK SAH. MOHON HADIR SEMULA KE CAWANGAN UNTUK AMBIL SEMULA CAP JARI.

So can go tomorrow ah? Their Hotline very busy wor didn't answer call

Initially mine unable to get through the first stage, which is uploading the picture. I took the picture via phone and edited it also can't..
Then I went to a photo studio and take the Pic for rm 23. It says upload successfully while I was on the passport portal

Just go to immigration office and they will settle there and then. But hopefully your area immigration office not jam

Take at studio then just tell them help you to crop passport size.

Keep digital copy so in future can rinse and repeat

Actually the requirement for the photo is already stated in the website. You need to match them then only upload can be successful. Although in the end, the photo will not be used but still it is the system process.
I have done for my all family members. Most can be done in 1 take. Some required up to 10 times.

The size of the picture, head and nect ratio (can adjust in website). Eye must look in front. Back group must be white, not grey (can adjust in their website). Photo size and etc...
