I think they purposely let customers wait & lie they need to keep the egg tarts for the customers coming back later to increase the hype. Seen so many pieces of egg tarts readily available but ask ppl to wait one hour. Egg tart above average but won't go again if there is a queue because they treat their customers like cow & bodo.
