Bought from China stuff. All sent through ABX no problem so far. But for local sellers no more especially individual shops. Auto assigned to J&T courier bodo.
So my parcel also stuck at shopee for several days. Yesterday the status has been updated, at U10 sorting center. Due to this thread, I asked shopee customer support today for the reason why my parcel is still not delivered. Apparently, customer support did not want to give more detail. Instead, I was given RM8 voucher that will last for 14 days. What to do, wait sumore la.
One item I bought was to be delivered by Shopee Express as per tracking updates. Dunno what happened but I was surprised when J&T delivered it instead. Maybe Shopee was overwhelmed and passed some packages over to J&T. Ah well...as long as i get my stuff, s'ok.

Your orders are all handled by J&T. So, no problem.
But then you can’t choose your courier nowadays, so, if you’re unlucky, the seller uses shopee express and it might take months for your parcel to arrive.

Always prefer doing it outside, smart buyers will just find your contact number and call you directly or whatsapp, payment is quicker, lalamove that shit so buyer received it faster, and I also don't have to pay shopee processing fee. Unless the buyer already paid through shopee then no choice except if he can cancel it on his side.

TBH Shopee should bring back the option whereby seller can choose the delivery partner from their side, in case like this seller cant do anything if the delivery is Shopee Express selected for their customer's order everyone want their item to be send ASAP. faster to receive by buyer, so that the payment can be released faster to seller.

this, many ppl dont know that its hard for those sellers to deal with thousands of orders per day, and their processes all already set up for shopee/lazada or other ecommerce platforms, the orders once get from shopee/lazada, they process it by batches and pack it accordingly then send to courier, all these done in a fixed workflow, and its already taking them the whole day to do and a few staffs to handle and pack those orders then if suddenly got a few clients say want to do cod or self collect etc, then they have to follow up with those clients, and all the hassle that is not part of their workflow, of course they wont do it la, and tell those clients to buy from shopee/lazada instead

Lol just found this thread. No wonder so babi had to wait forever for my hongkie purchase. PUKIMAK SHITPEE EXPRESS. Stuck for a week before it started moving. Meanwhile my China purchase a few days later made it to me before the Shitpee express even made it out. Then the rempit courier delivered my Kindle to the wrong house cuz his rempit ass dunno how to read the road sign no. I've never ran that fast out of the house before.
Just ordered another thing on Saturday thru shopee.
Again I didn't look at the shipper, so today I go check, it was selected as shopee express.

J&T is just shit lah. Always has been and always will be. This thread is about Shitpee getting raided because they only employ illegals. Those unlucky enough to get assigned Shitpee Express are suffering right now due to all the backlogs.

Same lah, not a rush item. Just that saw got good deal after minus voucher and coins, so buy saja lor. Not a needed item, just hati gatal want to buy. So can wait lah.
Mine was so slow that the refund/return button actually showed up because it was way past the expected delivery date. It should have been in my hands on the 3rd or 4th after clearing customs on the 2nd but apparently it was stuck at MP3 centre the entire time since they got raided for employing hundreds of illegals. So from the 2nd until 9th at least it was stuck there, not moving at all. Their updates are total bullshit since according to them my item was in the J sorting centre for only 2 minutes before being sent out for delivery Not to mention the fact that they used total noobs during raya that just yoloed my package to the wrong house on an entirely different street.
For comparison it took only two days for a China shipment to arrive in the country, clear Malaysian customs, get sorted locally by ABX and arrive at my house.
I don't know why they insist on forming their own delivery company when they're doing everything manually (they don't even have conveyor belts in their warehouse ), refusing to invest in the proper infrastructure while employing illegals. Shitpee Express is so bad that they make J&T look good in comparison. When I asked support which company I got and they answered Shitpee Express, I knew I was fucked but I didn't realize how fucked until I saw this thread. I'm actually tempted to just go back to Lapsada after years of being a Shopee fanboi user.

Before this no problem with J&T if they were 1st assigned to collect and deliver to E.M. But recently Shitpee assigned their shitpee xpress, delivery went havoc where parcel transfer from courier to other courier.. I ordered a dish rack last month and took 17 days from johor to sabah. Upon received the parcel, i check almost all part were broken amd queried seller but seller insist that the box not belong to them. I suspected shitpee sorting centre was the one who damage my item and change the box, pass to courier and othee courier since no shitpee express service at E.M.

Lazada also same early this year. Item didn't move at all because rider feels like they were cheated and refused to work.
But I guess that's the difference between hiring illegal/legal migrant and local. You can exploit migrant worker much more easier without so much a peep.
