Does Maxis postpaid throttle speed on hotspot?

Hi, I would like to confirm if Maxis have any throttle speed on hotspot? I am using my company phone to hotspot for my phone to open Spotify, it just cant load/play at all, but when switch back to my own phone line, it stream perfectly fine. My company phone is using Maxis business 98 plan.
