this regard new House Key Collection / first day ; apart of TNB , Syabas.. what other money to pay? (might a bit deposit depend on maintenance, house rules, security etc)..

1) was it true that we need to pay MOT , Stamp Duty then ONLY can collect key? Depends on type of property. If high rise/strata - it will comes later ( within 2 years ), if individual landed - must pay before vacant possession.

2) lawyer or developer hold up our key until payment of MOT , Stamp Duty made? Yes, if landed individual title.

3) if NOT collect key yet, house complete, full payment to bank not start? or when will full charge to user? It will be charged according to Arch”s certificate to bank. Even if you don’t collect key, once the it is certificated 100%, bank will release payment to the developer, you needs to start serving the loans upon notification by bank.
