MOT should come on a later stage. Not when you collect your key. Also, if more people delay the MOT/perfection (strata title), owners cannot form their JMB/MC.
Full payment start after the release of the final loan sum regardless you collect your key or not. You don't collect your key but VP letter issued... that's not the bank's problem.
