Do you buy any adult milk powder for self or elderly?

Adult milk powder eg. Ensure, Ensure gold, Enercal, Omega Plus, Anlene, etc for daily nutrition.

Used to buy Ensure Gold for parent but the taste is not pleasant for them and price yahudi per tin.

Please give opinion and recommend any others.

Glucerna or Nutren. Both are supposedly for diabetic but everyone should take even though blood sugar normal. Definitely a healthier choice.

When I was in UK, so easy to obtain Skim Milk.

Love it and is not fattening at all.

Here, the Skim milk very hard to find because we are so poor, that some parents apparently resort to giving skim milk to babies because can't afford formula, maybe that's why there is a ban on skim milk ???

I've changed to Resurge currently after using Ensure for a few years following a recommendation by a pharmacist. Price is more economical if using Resurge.

Ensure, and all this are normally used as meal replacements or when the person has difficulty consuming solids. If you are healthy, maybe better to focus on a balanced diet?

Just drink normal milk. Get calcium supplements if needed. And get some sun for vitamin D.
