Dear all, recently I went there to view the surrounding and most of the place are still in development. I plan to invest in the Camellia Residence there but no idea how is the demand for it.

I did research and found tat the occupied rate of that condo is still low, maybe the condo is still new.

Anyone has opinion on this? Is it worth to invest in the condo there? Thanks for your opinions.
